In today’s world, sustainability is a priority for every business, so why wouldn’t making your business more sustainable be on the top of your agenda? The Pristine® paper hygiene range helps you to meet these goals. And with minimal effort on your part too! By simply choosing Pristine® products you’re putting your business on the path to a greener, more responsible future. Designed with sustainability at its core, the Pristine® range makes it easy to align your hygiene needs with your environmental goals, all while maintaining exceptional quality and performance.
Designed for circularity
We firmly believe in the principles of the circular economy, and recycling is fundamental to its success, that’s why we ensure that our customers can choose ‘recycled’ products in every paper hygiene category. The breadth of the recycled offer in the Pristine® range means that all your paper hygiene are covered. From centrefeeds and hygiene rolls to hand towels and toilet tissue, we provide products in various specifications and quality levels to suit your requirements.
Made predominantly from sorted office paper waste, our recycled paper products ensure that we maximise the use of our natural resources. And we don’t just stop at recycled paper products. We strive for recycled materials to be at the heart of every part of the product makeup, from recycled card cores to recycled boxes. We recently increased the recycled plastic content in our conventional toilet roll film from 30% to 50%, further reducing its environmental footprint. Every step we take is designed to ensure the products we deliver to you have the smallest possible impact on the planet.
Beyond recycling, each and every Pristine® product in the range has been carefully designed and engineered to ensure an optimisation of resources. From roll widths and case sizes to pallet configurations and interleaving, all design choices are meticulously thought through to reduce waste, minimise consumption and ensure responsible use.

The certified, responsible choice
The Pristine® range also carries Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) certification across all products. As a globally recognised certification body, carrying the FSC® certification provides assurances to consumers that all paper or wood in a product has been verified as genuinely recycled or reclaimed. For virgin pulp products, FSC ensures forests are managed in an environmentally responsible way, whilst also protecting biodiversity, water resources and the rights of indigenous communities. It’s a small label on the packaging, but it makes a big impact!
And with products like centrefeed rolls and toilet tissue being fully manufactured in the UK, the Pristine® range minimises environmental impact by reducing transport distances. Recycled waste can be collected and turned into finished goods in as little as 118 miles. We firmly believe in UK manufacturing and how this not only supports local industries but also contributes to ensuring upstream transport and its associated emissions are kept to a minimum. Unlike virgin pulp and alternative fibres such as bamboo and sugar cane, which are often all being imported into the UK, recycled tissue leads the way in delivering the lowest transport-related distance – and environmental impact – in today’s marketplace.

Supporting your carbon reduction targets
Choosing Pristine® paper products not only supports UK circularity but also helps you in meeting your targets to reduce your business’ carbon footprint. In 2024, we introduced our market leading Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) initiative, providing valuable carbon insight into your procurement decisions. This initiative delivers tangible evidence on how selecting the right products can help you reduce your carbon footprint. At Pristine®, we place our customers at the forefront of everything we do. By providing clear and accessible data on how our products are made, we empower you with the knowledge to make informed choices that directly contribute to reducing your carbon footprint. With detailed carbon data available for every product in the Pristine® portfolio, speak to your Account Manager today to explore how we can support your sustainability journey.
